  • Are you in possession of US documents requiring utilization overseas?

    Such documents necessitate Apostille authentication. The only authorized entities capable of Apostilling documents are the Secretary of State or Department of State. Additionally, your document may require legalization, entailing endorsement from the embassy of the destination country. Navigating through these procedures can be overwhelming and intricate. That's where our expertise comes in. We are dedicated to providing assistance throughout the process. Costs are customized for each specific order.     The pricing structure for this service is contingent upon several factors, including the type of Apostille documents needed, the destination of the document, and any supplementary steps essential for fulfillment.

  • General Notary work pertains to any notarial act not associated with hospital, jail, or loan signings. This encompasses the execution of diverse documents. Moreover, it highlights the convenience of location flexibility.

  • When requested to notarize a document for a signer situated within a hospital, nursing home, or long-term care facility, we understand the inherent challenges and stresses associated with such circumstances. Our primary goal is to extend an experience characterized by minimal stress and utmost ease for the signer(s). To achieve this objective,we have established a set of protocols aimed at ensuring a seamless and efficient signing process.

    Protocols:

    Signers must be alert and aware of proceedings before notarization can be completed.

    • All medications that may inhibit cognitive awareness must be withheld for an hour prior to the notary's arrival.

    • In cases where pressure or coercion of the signer is suspected, the room must be cleared of all non-medical personnel.

    • Appointments should avoid overlapping with shift changes to accommodate the hospital staff schedule.

    ID verification of the signer is crucial, and several options are available:

    • Government Issued ID

    • 2 credible witnesses:

    • Must personally know the signer

    • Be impartial to the transaction

    • Take an oath or affirmation vouching for the signer’s identity

    • Present Government ID

    • Sign the Notary Journal

    NURSING HOME/LONG-TERM CARE FACILITY

    • The same stringent requirements applicable to hospital signings extend to nursing homes/long-term care facility signings. An additional requisite involves the presence of a patient advocate, known as an Ombudsman, who must witness all signings.

  • Guidelines:

    • Schedule with a 24 hr notice

    • 50% (non refundable) deposit is required when booking an appointment in order for appointment to be considered confirmed. Full payment is due upon arrival prior to signing.

    • If an unforeseen situation in the detention center (ie. lockdown) occurs during the signing, or the inmate refuses to sign, the amount paid upon arrival will be refunded. (Deposits are not refundable)

    • All documents that will need to be notarized must be completed without signatures before the Notary’s arrival.
