  • No. It's against the law for notaries to draft or supply documents for any signing purposes. This includes letters, minor travel consent forms, power of attorney forms, title transfers, proof of residency and any other documents. Our primary duty is solely to verify the identity of the signer(s).

  • No. In the state of California, a photo of your ID is not an adequate or acceptable form of ID.

  • In certain cases, witnesses can be provided, depending on what the document needs. If the document asks for witnesses who know the person signing, then it's up to the signer to arrange for them.
